About Bella

I knew immediately upon meeting Bella that I wanted her to be our postpartum doula! She is so knowledgeable about all things nourishment and has a kind, compassionate, relaxed and warm presence that was exactly the type of energy we wanted in our home for the sacred weeks after birth. Her support was critical for us in the early weeks of parenthood and I fantasize about her cooking still! My only grievance is that she moved out of state and we wish she could stay with us forever!

It all started when…

Bella first watched the home video of her own birth (via cesarean) at the age of three. She would request to watch it over and over again and was enamored by the birthing process from a very young age.

She feels fiercely passionate about nurturing families and holds pregnancy, labor, and postpartum in the highest regard. She understands and deeply appreciates the miraculous transformation of maiden to mother. Her passion is serving birthing and postpartum women and their families throughout this momentous time, striving to empower and nurture them as their doula.

Born and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley, she spent her childhood outdoors and truly values her connection with Mother Earth. When Bella is not supporting families you can find her in the mountains running, hiking, snowboarding, backpacking or hiking. You can also find her in the kitchen recipe testing and experimenting, she loves throwing dinner parties with her loved ones!
